Location was far away from main Baddi Industrial hub, rooms were ok but doors lock were damaged and in bad conditions that you might face locking room from inside. Food was average, quality of rice was not so good. Overall a average hotel to stay, but away from main industrial hub.

Was not a good experience at all, neither in terms of service nor room rent nor in terms of menu introduction, there was nothing good. It was a very dirty experience.

Rooms are good but food variety very limited but still enjoyed having potato chips and coffee. Needs more customer friendly service. Overall not so bad and not so good.

Late night ac and lift became non operational. No intercom was provided. Only one available staff was not in position to help and told that everything will be normal in morning. No food choice given, food serve of their choice.

Late night AC and lift became non functional. only one employee was there in night who responded that it will be normal in morning. No food choice, you have ro eat what they serve. No intercom, towel provided.

Given the price tag hotel was average or we can say slightly leaning towards good category. As the title says overall experience was good. Didn't get the chance to have food at the restaurant but menu pricing was ok, not too costly i would say.
